I never stepped foot into a gym the first 23 years of my life. Just over a year ago I started lifting weights and doing moderate cardio workouts, and I feel terrific. I do not believe any of these bullshit fad diets that claim you can feel great, lose the weight, and not diet or exercise! Forget it. If you feel bad enough about yourself to make a change then do it the right way, with proper diet and regular exercise. Surely the same person who advocates making a life change that involves eating whatever you want and not exercising also believes banging a rock against your head cures genital warts. Rick
