Nothing in the FAQ has an answer to what I'm looking for.  The only
thing I found about the Berkeley copyright was in the project goals.
What I want to know is, how does one distribute software under this
copyright?  The berkeley web site is all about the school, I didn't even
know what to look for.
 
Is it just as simple as "pasting" the copyright wording to the beginning
of your code?  Or do you have to notify someone?
